It was so easy and reasonably priced. I liked the reminders to schedule my labs. It made me feel like they cared that my lab work was completed since I ordered it and not let the labs expire and I would be out of money. Will def use them again.

The whole process was extremely easy. All that were involved were very professional and very thorough. I would recommend using Access Lab to anyone!

We "walked in" after speaking with a representative over the phone about being able to register online, but pay for a blood test at said location. Unfortunately, that was not the case and we were informed that we had to pay online and make an appointment (even though we had no insurance and was paying out of pocket for the tests) to even be able to "walk in" and have this done. The most confusing part about all of this is that when you typically walk in off the street you do not have an appointment nor register online.
After all that was settled we had to come back the next day for the blood test.
Lady did a stellar job drawing my blood (only had to stab me 1 time and she did not fish for my vein) Other than that, no complaints.

I would love to see more labs opening on the weekend. This lab always have a very long line starting early morning and people have to wait for very long time on Sat (weekend). We leave the line when we came 7:00 AM since it is so long.

I was having trouble determining what tests to order based on the request of my doctor. I called your number and the girl who answered the phone literally logged in and helped me navigate how to upload my doctors orders so that someone in the customer service area could assist me. What an awesome touch in a world of "just go to our website and figure out" responses. Also the fact that someone actually answered the phone without 9 layers of voice prompts was a blessing and much appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I believe her name was Beth, but the girl who helped me convert my doctors orders to actual lab test selections via email was wonderful to deal with. The process was prompt (almost real time) and I could hear the smile on her face through the emails. Also Valerie, who drew my blood at Quest labs in Colrain was great. She has 28 years with Quest and was a joy. Not to mention I barely felt anything. Overall I thought the process was very user friendly, the staff was great, and the value high. My only point of criticism would be the appearance of the Quest Lab. While it was not overly concerning, it also did not provide the feeling that a doctors office would. Not as clean or organized or professional. I would rate it behind even like a Hoxworth Blood Bank mobile unit. Having said that, I would still give that particular lab a 7 or 8 out of 10 on this point.

I would like to know if being fasting (NPO) or non-fasting would have changed my lab values for the Hgb, Iron and total Iron Binding Capacity, Ferritin and Transferrin levels? It is important for me to know that.....Susanne T. Smith, MSN
