I like the convenience of having Quest Diagnostics near me but this last visit wasn’t as pleasant as others. I don’t know if Access A lab has any influence on Quest’s but my last technician wasn’t as methodical as the ones I had in the past. She made me sign a form without telling/showing me what it was for. I’m a nervous wreck when I get my blood drawn so I wasn’t thinking until after the fact.

I thought that the entire process from start to finish was very efficient, quick and readily accessible. My only suggestion is that the Varicella blood test results be explained more thoroughly. I will definitely use access labs again and tell a friend!

Some of the labs don't seem to run in the same "groupings" as what your doctor would order which causes an overlapping of tests ... which leads to unneeded expense. I like the specials and would like to see more affordable testing. Health care is getting ridiculous!

I would not recommend the Quest lab I went to on 4th street in Chula Vista, CA. Waited 1.5 hours to get blood drawn. They appeared to be very under staffed.

I had a great experience with the labs, everything works smoothly. However I am still waiting on the results of one of my tests - the insulin test, #48719 - but I am told that on average this one takes 4 days, so I will continue to wait for now. Overall though, it's been an excellent experience and I will definitely be back for more.
