I like the removable side pallets. I was not satisfied with having to pay for customs brokerage fees twice due to part of the order being forgotten the first time. The lids were shipped to me after in inquired, but I prefer things right the first time around.

Andrew - thank you for taking the time to let us know. Our apologies that the lids weren't shipped in the original order. Unfortunately, we can’t control the brokerage fees that come along with overseas purchases and that are charged per shipment not order.
