Product works well in not damaging product but we load our pallets onto a conveyor and when pulling the forks out they rub against a metal stanchion we have in front of the conveyors to protect the conveyors. After less than 12 hours of use the product was beat up pretty bad and slid off the forks. If your forks will be rubbing against anything on a normal bases like ours do then I would not recommend this product. If you are stickly moving pallets around then I would say give them a try, they really did help to not damage product. We ran a bunch a tests on them before we started using them and they worked well until we used them for routine use.

We found Cisco-Eagle several years ago when we were needing some technical support for our Diamond Pheonix Horizontal Package Conveyor system. They came out on several occasions to help up get our system back up and running. The most recent time was during Covid-19 and we were having trouble locating a specialty part for our drive system. Despite some supply chain issues they were able to locate the part and got it for us. I would highly recommend them for their knowledge and professionalism.

We were sent the wrong product all together on the first shipment. On the second shipment we were not given all of the hardware. On the third shipment, we were given the wrong hardware but made due.
