What a great product. It fits a specific need with great efficacy. But it is flexible in extremis. My guess is that it could fit many needs. Just a very powerful product. But, at the same time, exceptionally easy to use. Very well done.

Your customer service is impeccable. Ease of use is also A+. There are a couple of features I wish you had to make life easier and which has been implemented by at least two of your competitors but not refined. That feature is to automatically make a digital and/or fillable pdf form from a form created on word or that is already in pdf. Second feature is the ability to incorporate centering of submit buttons or and that iframe embedding would include all of that in the css codification. But you are amazing in every way. I have already recommended your firm. But questions come back to me about feature of automating already created forms and that is a big deal. You would have the market to yourself if you did. The only thing missing with be signature certification. Thank you for your help throughout.

Love the functionality of Cognito forms. Our organization doesn't just create forms we integrate the forms with our payment processor and our CRM platform Raiser's edge.
The only thing I was is that there were more features that are currently not available. For Example, the ability to have multiple registrants register at once in the same form. Although it's technically currently possible now, the back end data is not collected nicely for us to import to Raiser's edge. Because of this we have to use RegFox forms from Webconnex and they are insanely expensive.
Also I wish there were non profit discounts for 501c3 organizations.

As a website designer I find that a lot of my clients need forms on their websites, so I have to introduce them to the concept of a forms handler. I started using Cognito Forms about five years ago, after trying other similar products, and I haven't look back. Some of my clients have free accounts and some paid - in either case it all works perfectly.
I really enjoy setting up forms for them, especially using the logical fields. I'm also pleased that it's so easy to personalise each form by adding the relevant colours and logos - this means the forms blend seamlessly onto the webpage. Where the free account is used, the Cognito logo is quite small and discreet, thanks for that.
