We initially looked at cognito because we needed one form for recording patient Covid responses.
But we are adding forms as we go.

After looking around on the internet for days and signing up to different trials, cognito forms saved the day!
The ability to have products, prices assigned to them, and being able to create some logic behind it... is all what I needed and it's super simple. By utilising one of the already configured templates, I was able to set it up with all our own information and it has worked beautifully since!
Support has also been fab. They reach out very quickly and with detailed, thorough answers, often solving the issue after just 1 reply!
Through my main job, I work in a Support environment and have done for the last 13 years, so I appreciate good support when I receive it, and also knowing how hard it can be sometimes.

I adore Cognito Forms for what it is. In my time at my current job it as been an invaluable tool for quickly and accurately grading mock exams during the COVID-19 pandemic.
I give it three stars, however, for it's generic information dumping without any streamlined or quick way to check a large list of form submissions against a list of people that a link was sent to. Additionally, it allows duplicates of forms making the cross checking process a nightmare.
However, I do not know if it is solely the layout of Cognito Forms or the misuse of it's functions by my coworkers.
