Forms are very easy to build, and even better, conditional fields can be configured very fast.

I used the free profile and it basically gave me everything I needed, including payment collection. The one downside I found when creating a form that had nearly twenty lines with the same two blocks is that I wished the copy/paste would keep the width properties as well. Very minor, and I'm quite happy with the product.
