There is no way to save a file mid-way through filling in and then come back to complete if need be. Also, once a file is sent, there is no way to go back to the file, open, and revise for corrections if need be. Unless there is a function from the originator of the form, we as field employees are told it is not possible. Unfortunately i have to rate one star as this form is a one shot deal or do it over from my perspective.

This is best thing that’s happened to me during Covid. As the new normal returned, it was clear my profession (Massage therapist) was going to have to up its game. Online forms are now the norm. For a technophobe like myself, I was dreading it. Fast forward to today. I’m absolutely loving using Cognito, so easy even I can do it! I haven’t had to experience their customer service side as I haven’t had 1 single query. And I’m on the free version which is more than adequate. Just try it, you’ll be amazed how easy it is. My clients are also so impressed and it’s so easy for them too. Time to take your heads out of the sand, it’s not so scary after all!

I am retired but still teach a couple of CE classes each month. My version is free because I don't need any whistles or bells. I don't mind Cognito advertising their product on my signups.
