Cognito Forms offers a lot of features I haven’t found elsewhere namely calculation fields and document merging. Two requests: offer PDF data merging and ability to attach a csv or xls file of entry to notification email.

So far the experience has been great! My only feedback would be to create your own feature to connect to a Google Sheet... Zapier has limits and that's made it tough for us to collect info in Google.

For my small nonprofit organization that operates on a small budget, Cognito's free account is so amazing and helpful to us! I just came across your service/site while doing business with a medical office.
This came about at a perfect time for us. We are a classical ballet academy trying to continue the training of our dancers both online and in-person. For those families who were comfortable with sending their dancers to classes in-person at our studio, we wanted to be able to quickly require them to sign a waiver for this new Covid-19 climate. Using wording from other organizations and customizing it to our use, it was simple and surprisingly easy to add features we needed. Now we are thinking about how we can use these forms for some of our other projects in the future.
