The product is ok to build new forms, however, if you want to copy an existing form, you have to find new ways to manipulate it to mirror the form you have. You can't create a fill in the blank section. And if you delete a form by accident, you have to go back and recreate it. Also, to make a packet for a consumer, you can't copy an existing form, you have to start all over.

I absolutely LOVE this software. You can easily make a fully working sales site out of it. We use it for one of our businesses and we Love being able to customize the form for each of our clients so when their people come to or they know exactly what they are getting sent to their warehouse since we can fine-tune customize it for anything we need for each client. I can’t see enough good things about it and highly recommend it. We also have a Square/Weebly store for another aspect of our business, and while it works well for that, It’s a pain and I am very partial to this form software, it has been a dream.

I love Cognito, but it could use some update. Here are some suggestions: auto correct/error notification, ability to a copy section(s) form one form and paste onto a different form, and Arabic formatting.

We have been using Cognito for some years for all types of forms without any problem, both in its free and paid versions with a reasonable price and we use direct accesses or inserted on our website.
Perhaps the design is not very up to date and the use of images could be improved but it works perfectly on any device.
To say something that could be improved, the process and the code for the conditional fields is not very friendly.
Summarizing. Excellent tool, highly recommended that you do a test.

It is one of the best free platforms which allow so much customization for forms, to include multiple conditional questions, types of questions, etc. I would easily recommend this as the best online form if you have a long or complicated survey. My only request would be that the Cognito team will make the form creation and the customization a bit more userfriendly.

I absolutely love Cognito Forms! It's an extremely powerful tool that is more customizable than almost any other online form service out there.
The only critique I have is the inability to independently format the font/style/look of how forms display on mobile devices. Font sizes that look good on a computer browser are too small on a mobile device. And the inability to set font size (outside of "header" types) is very limiting.
