I really love this program overall. I can build forms with useful functions, and I like being able to have a signature embedded in a form specifically. It looks good on my website and is easy to navigate through the entries. I would love it if: there was an app, it was possible to stay logged in from a google account - I have to re login every time even if I check "remember me" Integration with google drive/mail and calendars would be amazing. For my needs right now though Cognito does what I need.

I could not find the form I needed for Philadelphia Housing Authority. However, I was able to properly create a log-in and log into the Cognito forms website. Again, I had a problem finding the correct form I needed for PHA. My landlord was able to find the form, and send it to me via email. I then completed the income re-certification (change of income) form to PHA using Cognito. I also sent an email attach to PHA because I wasn't sure that everything was sent accurately.

The contact form is very nice, however it tends to occupy too much space on the web page. We use a contact form for our society and Cognito Forms did not fit well on "index.html".
