I am an old old guy (aged 70) - I retired two years ago, and my life as a retiree revolved around my wife and our three grandchildren until Covid 19 struck and we were in lockdown and unable to see them. I found things emotionally quite trying. As a distraction I started thinking about my old job as a financial adviser toying with the idea of perhaps helping a couple of former colleagues by designing some work flow tools. I discovered Cognito Forms and I've spent the past weeks with a magnificent obsession designing some really quite complicated tools. I'm so proud of them and pleased beyond belief at how I've mastered the process having not had any previous programming knowledge. On the two occasions I've been stuck the lovely people at Cognito have rushed to my rescue. Without a word of a lie - if I can do it then so can you.

great platform. forms are simple to setup and easy to access them. It would be nice to be able to automate reminders via email to individuals who have filled in half a form to complete it. You're half way there already with email confirmations etc

I switched from Wufoo and love your forms. They've been key for developing my business and adding product offerings, as well as an intuitive way for my customers to check out. However, I have one BIG issue:
I want to offer my customers checkout via PayPal and credit card. I initially decided to thus use the PayPal checkout on all of my forms, but when I added it, it shows "check out via PayPal" at the bottom of the form. This freaks my customers out. They think "but I don't have PayPal...so I guess I can't pay?" Even though PayPal accepts credit cards, this presents a significant barrier and lots of confusion. I've solved the problem by putting both Stripe and PayPal payment forms on my website, and prompting customers to go to either form according to how they pay. It would make my life a lot easier if this issue were solved. Thanks-
