I bumped into Cognito on a google search for something better than gforms. And my, what awaited me! Cognito is exactly what I wished for! The 500 entries a month is exactly enough for my needs and the price for more is fair for my standards. I already recommended Cognito on a public blog post.

Definitely needs a data recovery feature!! Also needs a sort by First name/last name feature in entries section
I've created a problem for myself by deleting a form category without realising it deletes the data in the entries tab altogether!
Basically, I wanted to collect first name/Last name data in two separate boxes so that I could filter by Last name in the entries sorting section. I deleted my original Name dropdown resulting in the name data of almost 500 people being deleted.
When I emailed you to ask if there's a way to recover the data I got a response that succinctly told me no, this is not possible, which was totally unhelpful.

I was looking for a fast way to take orders online with no time to research (Covid of course). This was the second option I tried and it turned out to work very well for us. Took a little practice to figure out the different field functions, but after that very quick to do. Our list of products got very large, so for a permanent online store it probably wouldn't work for us, but I can see lots of other ways to use that will in the future. Customer service was responsive and helpful. Only issue was really the cursor jumping all over the place on the build page causing lots of scrambled words... very frustrating.

It’s very hard to read the part of the green with white lettering. Especially for those in a diabetic and have retinopathy. Perhaps you can make the lettering black lettering on top of the green. Other than that I recommend this program to everyone
