Having tried Formstack, JotForms, Zoho Forms, Google Forms, Wufoo, and Typeform, I prefer Cognito. I've found it better value and more user-friendly than most other options, especially for conditional logic and multi-page forms.

Love cognito, but the end data needs to be developed more. Just being able to rename the columns for export would help right now. Having to clean up data, and rename the columns after every export is a chore.

The platform is very useful. It has a lot of options.
We used the platform to issue a call for proposal and everything went smooth. However, it could make things easy if there was the option to download all the forms at once instead of each form and attached at a time.

If you would like to download your attachments in bulk, we recommend using our integration with Microsoft Power Automate or Zapier to automatically send the attachments to another service like Google Drive or Dropbox. Pretty good service offering, i have been using an alternate for a number of years but have decided to look around. You functionality is very similar once I got used to my way around.
I have not been able to find how to create a matrix selection, where you select from a range of options (say 12) and rate 3, 2, 1 - without allowing a double entry.
