I think you have an amazing product. We have been using a random collection of forms products for the past few years and Cognito is a breath of fresh air when it comes to actually building forms that support more than the simple survey.

There isn’t an option to do a direct deposit where people can come back and make payments on their own with their own amount. You only have a reoccurring or fixed number to do a payment and that’s what kept us from using this service.

Its an amazing platform. but it needs to be in a ios or android as a client for using the forms (editing avaliable only on browser).

Overall I have enjoyed the offering provided by Cognito Forms. I found the support a little slow and I found it often difficult to calculate formulas with the help section weak in terms of practical examples. This has limited my form creation.

I've been using jotform for the past 3-4 years and recently switched to cognito because of some limitations. I've been very happy with the experience so far - they seem to offer much more customization over jotform. I only wish I switched earlier. Highly recommended
