The forms have been great to use, but, receiving help is pretty difficult. I still can’t get my form to do what I need it to do and the emails I’ve received from cognito may as well been written in Greek because I don’t understand them. I really wish you offer up phone help. This problem would’ve been solved 2 months ago if you did.

Aesthetically horrid; doesn't have the option of appering one question at the time (very useful for long surveys); surveys in more than one question are a pain in the neck; inclusion of links (for data protection consent forms, ofr example) are not thought through; doesn't allow for bold/Italics/underline in questions (only in explanation/help boxes), etc, etc.

We needed a form which would have some logic and math field in it. Cognito form's template was perfect for our needs. We were able to duplicate our paper form and upload it to our new website. Amazingly easy, intuitive and efficient form builder. I just love it.
However, I have a big problem when I integrate the entries of a form with a third-party software.
I use INTEGROMAT for that and all fields are well syncronized except the files/images. I just get the name of the file but the file itself. How to solve it?

The feature that sold me was the automate generate duplicate fields.
I really had to search on the internet for this feature.
I would ask you to offer a trail pro version. Also not sure if this is a feature but to hid your brand from the form at least when you go pro version. But yeah great product you have. Keep up the god work.
Also the ability to make folders to save form results would be awesome.
