Of all the online form builders I have tried, Cognito is by far the best one! I was able to build my form very quickly. Cognito has so much functionality, yet it is easy to use. Before Cognito, I tried building my form in InfoPath. I was able to build the form, but it took longer than Cognito. InfoPath does not handle data in repeating sections or repeating tables very well at all. However, I like the way Cognito data is exported to Excel. I can do reporting off that much, much easier. The Cognito site has lots of great information and helps. Very powerful, yet easy to use! Designed extremely well!!

This is an intuitive form-building service which offers a range of functionality not seen on most platforms. Just using the free service, I was able to create a tailor-made for with built-in calculations. It functioned exacty as intended. Will use again in future and probably explore the premium options.

This is the most practical easy convenient process to create my own forms. In one scenario my colleagues can update relevant information on their phone whilst doing the weekly generator test. the fact that they can there at the site immediately upload a photo as well makes it so much more practical. Not even to mention all the other great features. Well done!

I've tried them all because I wanted split text fields for Zapier applications. Some other forms services don't split text, others charge way too much for eye-candy, some do offer split-text but overcomplicated designers. JotForm was the closest best due to their wonderful plugins like address validation, but no split text. Yet Cognito offers almost everything at a simple, lightweight and designable interface for either free or at a great low cost. Highly recommended for data entry manipulation and decent programming parameters.

We are a non-profit organization and are using Cognito forms for the registration of a national event. We expect about 300-400 registrations and developed several forms based on the available templates.
You can implement more complex features but then you need some knowledge of logic formulas. We can also customize the look and font as well implement automatic tasks, like sending confirmation emails.
All this can be used for free or if you need some extra features you have the paid plans for a very affordable price.
Definitely an excellent product.
