This is great software if you are looking to create simple forms for data collection. However, the lack of offline support limits its use.

The most capable full-featured solution for a situation where the need for the occasional online money transaction doesn't warrant an ongoing subscription. Support staff are very responsive. The libraries (e.g., for maths and string handling) are pretty complete and you can find a way to do most things. (I did see that a suggested support answer for a padded invoice number failed to point to the best option available in the doc). Designed so non-programmers can make headway, but it does help to understand conventions like the '?' logical operator. Programmers should understand the role of hidden fields to substitute for conventional variables. 'Developer' field-naming is a welome feature. Seems very reliable.

I love the forms-but I struggle with analyzing the data. For example google forms automatically creates graphs etc.

Price is competitive.
However, it's over sensitive with the word "Password" in the content of the survey even when we are trying to educate our survey respondent about setting up a secure credential. One the other hand, it does not have 2FA feature for the user which means the platform is not quite suitable to store PII.
i'd score it 5/5 if those 2 issue can be addressed :)

I am fairly new to forms design. This tool is incredible. Easy to use. Easy to configure the forms just like you want. And they work! And truly free. Very impressed.
Until … (and granted, it could be me) I attempted to modify some existing forms and was unable to edit the field titles. I have asked for Support. Stay tuned
