What Cognito form offers to its users is completely outstanding in terms of logic and flow of the forms and the way it handles calculations. However, in order to grasp the true benefits of Cognito form features like "lookup" and recalling data from other forms are not available to free users. Therefore, It is impossible to run trials on these amazing features in order to persuade organizational customers to allocate funding for such services. I hope you could provide free trial periods on these features to present the outcomes of such tools to other decision making stakeholders in an organization.

Cognito is easy to use and so much more affordable than other sites. It has made remote processes with employees so much easier than I have ever thought. I love how easy it is to use Cognito. Want to prevent someone putting an order in for tomorrow? No worries? Want to have a look up list? Easy. Want to restrict a drop down to a filtered list? No worries. Want to stop them putting in 1.3M stock items instead of 130? No worries. Could step up the customer help responsiveness though. Sending an email as a first response asking if something is still a problem isn't ideal.

I don’t like that you can’t change from a checkbox to radio button after hitting save… but the functionality of Cognito Forms is awesome overall.
I also wish I can navigate from page go page without validation in the live form but instead wish it would validate at submission.
Overall, probably the best value for the $$ compared to other electronic forms I’ve used.
