It's hard to put in words, but when I searched for a site that focused on platonic cuddling, cuddlecomfort.com had something the others I felt were missing, or skipping. The community within cuddlecomfort.com is very nurturing and takes care to guard the reputation of the site and its cuddlers. Even as the site grows, the community maintains that small-town charm and familial warmth. The moderating is active and done by an actual member of the community and run by another member of the community. Basically, it's run by people who understand what the platonic cuddle is about.

Overall it’s a fairly good website. There are some areas that could use improvement. One being is why they raised the commission rate from 10% to 15%.
The second is why there is no way to collect money from people who don’t show up for appointments or cancel at the last minute. Cuddler rules state we’re supposed to collect this money but how are we supposed to if we’ve never even seen the person? They’re not going to pay us half in advance.
The third problem coincides with the second problem...I had someone constantly contacting me on the website and texting, basically bombarding me with messages but wasting my time trying to make calls, video chats or meets and they always fell through. I had already told him that I was not interested in seeing him as a client but he kept creating profile after profile. I had 5 of his profiles banned. He was also texting me from 3 different phone numbers. If CuddleComfort had their PayPal or bank account information that would stop him from being able to register one profile name and register a new one six hours later.

It is a great idea. I LOVE CUDDLING! And I think it could be run a bit better. Like have an app on the phone or get faster emails saying I have a message, I miss a lot of messages there as they come in 1-3 days later.
I think it is great that you added the feature that the people who want to be private can send a photo privately...that was brilliant!
I love cuddling and I haven't found many people to cuddle with there, I'm guessing it is because many who reach out to me are 20+ younger or way too old.
But the few I have cuddled with, have been pretty awesome.....and I'm grateful for that and bummed that one moved away.
