Excellent service I needed a bed with short notice a couple days after ordering these guys made it happen and even after a 12 hour day of delivering was kind enough to help move it inside.

This place has awesome deals on quality beds and at better every day prices then any other bed company out there and their sales man Steve is the best he doesn't try to give you some line about you needing the most expensive bed just so he make a bigger comition I have suffered with an extremely bad back for years and I bought four different types of beds ranging from four hundred to eighteen hundred in a year and half and each time the sales staff at three different companies suggested certain mattresses for my condition but not one of them were any good for my back I couldn't get any comfort and when I did get to sleep I would wake up in the morning with so much pain not to mention their return policy is that once you've slept on it they can't take it back but they don't tell this at the time of purchase where Steve when I told him about my back and issues that I've had with the beds he gave two different quality mattresses to choose from and two price ranges depending on what I could afford well I ended up choosing the Prince of Wales mattress and it's been the best bed I've had in over thirty years oh I paid 1470.00 taxes inc for the same bed that several other bed stores were selling the same mattress for 3000 or more plus tax so if you are looking for a new bed check it out you won't regret it

Good service

The prices they offer are quite reasonable considering you won't find anything close to it at any major retailer. The quality of the bed is also satisfactory given the same. I've heard many horror stories from people spending thousands on mattresses so I think problems can arise anywhere.

I did have an issue with the comfort of the bed I purchased but after expressing my concerns I had someone come out to take a look at it. He offered to have it sent back, however, it was such a task to get a king size bed into the top floor of my house I opted for a mattress topper which they paid out of pocket for.

Overall good quality for the price and fantastic customer service. Would definitely order from DirectBed again.

This is the best place to get a quality bed at the best prices I've got an extremely bad back and I've tried at least ten different beds in last three years and each one got more expensive but no better for comfort or sleep and at the end I was sleeping in my recliner chair then I seen the Direct Bed website and thought I would message them to see if they had a bed that might work for me at a reasonable price and one of their sales people Steve and suggested two different beds that would be good for me We ended up settling on the Prince of Wales mattress and they had it delivered to me in two days and it's the best bed I've had in my life and I'm almost fifty and by the way I got it 1299 plus tax and the same bed at several other stores were 2500 to 3000 so if you're looking to purchase a quality new bed at awesome prices this is the place to shop and staff are extremely knowledgeable and pleasant

I ordered my Queen size split box spring online early in the morning and couldn't believe my luck when I got a call a few hours later saying that my mattress would be delivered to my house that very afternoon!! The delivery guy (Jesse) was very personable and professional and the box spring is perfect - not to mention the great price. I would most definitely recommend this company!
