From beginning to end they were all very professional and answered my many questions promptly and knowledgably. The Refund they got me was was far more than I had expected so I'm very pleased. Want to thank Disability Tax Credit Canada for their assistance with getting my son's application approved. It is a complicated process and they know all the ins and outs of the detail expected by CRA to have a successful outcome. Disability Credit is hands down the best. They never gave up even when I wanted to. My daughter was denied disability twice and on the third time applying it was approved. I highly recommend Disability Credit Canada to get you everything that you are owed.

I had the pleasure of Rose and Laurie helping me out with my claim for my son Samuel. The day I filled out my free assessment, rose called me within the hour. She was very helpful and answered every question that I had and at the end of the assessment told me that my son would possibly be qualified for disability tax credit. I like that you only pay if your case is won. My son has a language impairment so I wasn't sure if I had a strong case. Rose kept me informed on everything that was happening and walked me through what procedures were required. I couldn't believe how fast things moved along. While going through health and psychological challenges, I simply did not have the energy or fortitude to deal with acquiring all the medical records and documentation required to apply for the disability tax credit. Disability Credit Canada have been easy to deal with; they are very communicative at every step of the process, and I am very happy with the results. I highly recommend this company. I’m very satisfied with the service I was given.

I applied on my own with my doctors support initially and was denied for CPP disability. After some research online and reading up about different disability company structures I contacted Disability Credit Canada.
I was heartbroken mid way through the process when my doctor decided to withdraw his support for my re-application, but Laura and Disability Credit Canada reassured me, they worked very hard with professionals in my social circle to get the necessary information included in my re-application package. Mere weeks after submitting it, I was pleasantly shocked to receive a phone call for the approval of disability benefits.
My former family physician of only 2 years knew nothing about the process, and was dead wrong in his understanding of both the application process and my medical history, nor did he attempt to obtain my medical and employment records from the past 10 years, and even told me that these services were bad for people. It’s really easy to say that to your patient when you have an income, are employed yourself and don’t understand how daily life is for your patient. Clearly the doctor didn’t have my best interest at heart. Without the help of Disability Credit Canada, the incorrect doctor would have botched my only chance for help because of the time limit running out. I am so beyond thankful that services like this exist for people like me. Thank you to the moon and back, you have changed my life for the better and I would highly recommend you to anyone who may need the help! The fee was even less than I thought it was, and now I have new family doctor!

Laurie and the rest of the team proved to be the best people for me to work with. Both of my boys weee diagnosed with ADHD a few years ago and one recently discovered has a learning disability. Laurie was very positive with me from the beginning and kept in touch often as I waited for approval. The whole team followed through on everything they proposed and a very honest with the clients. I came across them by accident but i'm glad I did. They did all the paperwork and calls for me. They kept me in the loop and updated with everything no matter how minor it was. Rose and Laurie were great to deal with, they are professional and worked hard towards getting Kim's DTC approved. They were able to get Kim's DTC approved in just a few weeks! We got a large refund back! I have recommended Disability Credit Canada to a few of my friends and the out come for them looks great also.

They were very helpful letting me know all the steps they will be going through for my son claim. As well as always keeping in touch with me about what was going on. They work fast and a fission on my son claim.

I was seriously injured in a motorcycle accident back in 1980. I was out
of work for over 8 years and having surgeries, therapy and basically just trying to get
some form of life again. Many doctors, therapists and health professionals always commented on how badly I was treated financially but the main thought was to get me talking, walking and hopefully get my leg repaired. People working with me usually said that they would talk to someone about me getting some kind of financial help but never did not even a couple lawyers. Finally just shy of 30 years, I needed to retire from my job. It was just too demanding for me. Work told me that between my work pension and a disability pension I would be okay. CPP disability turned me down when I applied, an old accountant and friend of mine told
me to contact Disability Credit Canada. I did contact Disability Credit Canada and I supplied them the doctors contact information they needed and they got all the info CPP required and worked with them to get me a healthy Disability Pension I was entitled to but wasn't able it seems to probably apply for.
