You know a business establishment is really great when they do more than what you expect and truly, Flowers Direct did an excellent job! After knowing that the flowers I ordered was supposed to be sent for an earlier day but unfortunately did not reach the cutoff for delivery schedules, the shop still sent it at the earliest time they can, so everybody was happy. They were great and extremely accommodating to extra requests. My girlfriend had to leave early for work so i requested an earlier time; they were very understanding and gave me updates on the delivery time. They even made the delivery through very heavy rain. Very impressed with this company. In addition to receiving an auto generated email, I ALSO received a separate and personal email from Rose. She welcomed me as a new customer and assured me that my order would be delivered on time. I received subsequent emails when the flowers were out for delivery and when they were handed to my mom for her birthday.
The flowers were beautiful and the arrangement was just as it was pictured when I chose it on the website. The card was printed out very nicely and they also gave my mom some extra swag which she loved!
