Hi Eduardo, are you referring to on the initial deal analysis? or on the Project Budgeter/Tracking when tracking your actual costs and profitability. We just added new Equity options for rehab analysis that allows you to split the profit of the deal with Equity partners. Are you wanting a Final Profit Statement that shows your Investors a breakdown of their actual profit results?

Hi Chue, do you have Microsoft Excel for Mac 2011 or Excel for Mac 2016? Otherwise you can use the Google Sheets version which is completely web-based and works in your web browser. Thanks!

Is it possible to schedule a quick :30 minute tutorial? We're on our 4th flip and 4th rental property. I really need to manage our projects and portfolio(s) more effectively before we take on new projects.

I find it harder to navigate with the new version and the sheets at the end (ex. Rehab Edtimator, etc.) are slightly less user friendly than the previous version. I do like the updated version in regards to the calculation sheet for % ARV, lump sum rehab costs, etc. But, the lump sum rehab option affects the Rehab Calculator sheet differently/erroneously. Maybe I have to play with the new version more as I just got used to the previous one. All in all, i appreciate the product and look forward to more versions.

Hey Daryl, I believe you are talking about the repairs not feeding over to the Rehab Analyzer? There is a dropdown menu in the upper right corner of the repairs section that allows you to change the Repair setting. If you change the setting from 'Lump Sum' to 'Detailed' the Rehab Analyzer will automatically pull in the detailed values from the Repair Estimator.

Cash-on-Cash ROI is calculated by taking the Profit Earned/Cash Invested.
