The kendama is great overall. The string is well sized, the cups are big, and the tama is sticky. However after 5 days of use there have been multiple large paint chips around the top of the tama where the string comes out. I’m not sure how to post a picture, but it looks pretty ugly. It’s fine if kendama USA can’t, but it would be nice if you could reply and tell me if this is normal

Hello I have yet to receive my half split, 4. Pack of kendamas when the mail arrived it had a message in it... I’ve tried to check tracking but it says they have arrived can you youbhelo me out and inform me of what’s going on?? After I sent this they tried saying my order was delivered 2 days after that is correct but only a portion of my order was actually delivered placed September 18th I just received my 4split kendamas yesterday Columbus Day October 14th... mistakes happen I’ve order 30+ Kendamas but when did quantity become more important then quality of service in this community?

Update: We reshipped your missing items on the 10th with expedited delivery and they were delivered on the 12th and included a gift...

The Cardinal and the Wasp are Kendamas the I’ve wanted for quite a while now. Now that I’ve got them I’d say they’re some of my favorite Kendamas in my collection. The only lil nitpick I had was that the wasps sticky paint caused it to pick up lil bits of the bag it came in. still slays just fine though.

The website said it would say it would arrive on Monday and I ordered it Sunday the week before, it arrived on THURSDAY! Three days early and I live in California. Im usually always impressed with Kusa’s quality and customer service and the service was still amazing on this order i asked for a heavy set up and they got me one but the tama was very egged and just cant lock a lunar trick at all
