I graduated from a foreign medical school and did not receive any guidance from my school regarding the Match process. I was also a non-traditional student which added additional pressure. I wanted someone to help guide me through this confusing process and help increase my chances of a successful match. Med School Insiders seemed like the perfect solution.

From the very first conversation with my advisor, Benjamin Shekhtman, I knew the service would be worth every penny. Benjamin provided me the guidance that I was looking for. We worked together through every stage of the process, from drafting and perfecting my personal statement and CV to preparing for interviews, I know that there was no way I could have accomplished what we accomplished on my own.

The interview preparation was one of the best parts of the process. After our sessions I felt much calmer and more prepared which translated into comfortable interview experiences. Benjamin also took time to explain and help prepare me for SOAP. In my case, I did have to SOAP but in the end I successfully matched into my desired specialty and in the state where I wanted to go from the beginning. Although the Match was extremely stressful, I couldn't be happier with the end result and attribute much of my success to Benjamin and Med School Insiders. I would eagerly recommend them to anyone.

Working with MSI is such a wonderful, enjoyable experience. I received multiple interview invitations from some of the top MD and MD-PhD programs in the US and eventually got in WashU (MSTP), BU (MD-PhD), and Yale (MD), thanks to the excellent support and advices from my advisors (who have so much expertise in med school admission and have themselves gone through this exhausting process in the recent past). It is also worth noticing that I am an international student, which makes it even more challenging to gain acceptances. The secret is simple: my advisors work closely with me to identify my strengths, craft convincing application essays, and train me to handle some of the most challenging interview questions. All in all, there are so many details and factors that could influence your application outcome and in my opinion, MSI could give you the best support possible.

Dr. Aggarwhal was a very helpful mock interviewer. He really took the time to review my materials and provide personalized feedback and ideas. I learned a lot from his suggestions, and some of them came in handy for my actual interviewer. I got into my top choice thanks to his help! I certainly recommend this service.

Dr. Aggrawal was great and very helpful. My overall experience with med school insider was not the best as I was matched to an advisor and then rematched to another. I understand that all working physicians are busy but I would have hoped for a little respect for my time as well.

I started watching Med School Insiders years ago during my senior year of high school and first year of university as I wanted to develop the best habits and mindset necessary to succeed in medical school as this was my future passion. With this, I bought the comprehensive gold package and I absolutely loved working with my advisor as she was able to tailor my application, both primaries and secondaries, perfectly to the best way I could present myself to various medical schools.

I felt that the advisor I was assigned to (Daniel Chu, amazing) was an intentionally wise and thoughtful decision.
