He tailored the experience to what worked best for me and my schedule while still regularly checking in to make sure all aspects of my application were completed in a timely manner. Whether it be my personal statement, my ERAS application, or my supplemental application, he took the time to carefully comb through every sentence providing ample feedback and advice. This ultimately resulted in a cohesive application that highlighted key characteristics psychiatry programs may be looking for in an applicant.
