The coffee table ordered was exactly as described and cheaper than ones we looked at on Amazon. The delivery service was superb - arrived way ahead of scheduled delivery date and we were informed of a 2 hour delivery slot early morning on day of delivery. Would recommend Novielo without hesitation.

Fast shipping - arrived today and I only ordered it on Sunday evening so no complaints there. They were a little smaller than I had imagined which was a little disappointing but in all fairness to Novielo London they did have the dimensions on the product page so it's my own fault really. All in all I would say I'd recommend Novielo London to a friend.

Just received me new duvet cover today and I am so pleased! I have to confess I was expecting a problem or two with such a reasonable price (I saw a very similar one in John Lewis which was more than twice the price) but I am so pleased I gave Novielo London a chance. I ordered it on Saturday and received it today, and it is soft and seems very good fabric. Obviously will need a few washes to know for definite but so far it looks fantastic and as far as I can see looks great quality! I will definitely shop with Novielo London again. Many thanks, C
