The online ordering process was unclear, until I spoke with a CSR. When you place an online order, you will go through the entire process without any option to customize your product. Considering the price of these items, this can be an uncomfortable process, so the post-order customization should be explained up-front on the website. Anyway, getting past that, the rest of the ordering and customization process was smooth. All the reps I spoke with via phone and email were friendly and informative. We will definitely continue to order from Say It With a Condom.
