So Beau Baby stocks the best children's wear in NZ - hands down. Great customer service as well, my only complaint - was so excited once I ordered from this shop, I decided to go make some purchases in store and no one was there! Next time.

Ah thanks Kiri that means so much to us but sorry that we were closed when you came to our stores. Our Devonport opening hours are 10-4pm Mon-Sat and Sun 11-3pm and Orakei Mon-Sat 9-5pm and Sun 10-4pm. Sometimes staff will pop out quickly if it's quiet for a break but they will usually leave a note on the door so apologies.

Thank you for such a prompt delivery. The Pretty Brvae shoes are gorgeous.
My only negative would be the amount of packaging that they arrived in. It was quite a large box for such a small item. I gues I just thought it was a little bit of a waste.
Overalll though, the shopping experience with So Beau Baby was excellent .

Hi Hana, thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. We are currently re-designing all our packaging but used the box in question as we did not want the beautiful PB packaging to get damaged in transit just put in a standard mail bag! We really appreciate your feedback!

Hi Guys, Thank you so much for my bag I love it. You guys provide great and speedy service and seem very friendly and helpful. The reason I cant give 5 stars is because my bag cost lost and I didnt receive it in time for my holiday so that was a little disappointing however not your fault. It is fantastic that you provide tracker and I was able to contact the courier company but to be honest the guys I orginally spoke with I think in Auckland were not very helpful and keep telling me they would call back and never did, they had no idea where the bag was. In the end I rang Christchruch branch instead and they were a lot more helpful. Just thought I would let you know just in case you have other packages in a similar situation.

Love LOVE the Tiba & Marl bag from sobeaubaby! It is not just a great nappy bag but I also use it for my daughter's swimming class to fit her swimming gear, change of clothes for her and dad and towels. I'm no longer the bag lady with a million bags. It looks so good I can see it becoming a weekend travel bag as well.
