I ordered some boots for a wedding for my baby, very last minute and they were shipped immediately. Unfortunately as i had them sent to the area the wedding was in there wasnt anyone there to sign for them as everyone was so busy. The courier company was very unhelpful and we wernt able to collect them for the wedding. The staff at So Beau Baby were wonderful in trying to help access them, providing numbers and calling around for me. Cant rate them highly enough for their professional manner and customer service which is huge for me when shopping. Thanks so much and i would recommend to all!
