I was very skeptical as I think a lot may be. I do feel that this product works most of the time. It works best for me if I have a little bit of sweet (1/2 a kit Kat bar or a couple of bites of cake) before I take one. If I take it right after dinner I still will crave sweet. Let yourself have some reward :)

I have only just started using this product and although hopeful I feel that this might have been a waste of money, that being said...I have noticed that if I take it right after eating I don't get the sweet tooth setting in like it used to. I'll update my review at the end of my 30 day box.

This stuff is amazing. I’ve been fighting a daily sugar addiction for a while. I went to eat a bag of fruit snacks after having a tablet. They were disgusting thanks to Sweet Defeat. What I really like is that it doesn’t take but maybe one or two a day to help me cut back on what had become a great overage of sugar. Now, I really don’t crave it as much. Love this stuff!

At first they taste like a regular mint and that's good, when it's almost gone it taste terrible! Leaves a funny feeling on my tongue! I tested the waterson this product and when I drank product with sugar in it, IT WAS B I T T E R AF!!! But that's the point right?!? It definitely does what it says it'll do! I have a narley sweet tooth at night and this seems to be the answer to my prayer! We'll see!

If you attempt to eat anything sweet after eating a lozenge, the sweet item does not taste sweet at all....to me it has no taste, so why bother eating it!....brilliant!
