Sweet Defeat helps me avoid night time eating. I try to eat healthy and avoid sugar throughout the day but I have a sweet tooth! When I’m craving chocolate or something after dinner, melting a Sweet Defeat on my tongue completely stops the urge. Thank you very much for sharing your positive experience with Sweet Defeat Ida! You can use Sweet Defeat daily, as needed. Our lozenges contain a small amount of zinc, so adults must limit use to 40 lozenges per day (but you’d never need that many!) :)

This product works! I always crave a dessert after eating savory foods, and when I take a Sweet Defeat, all those desserts taste gross (there's something in the product that temporarily blocks you from tasting sugar). I sometimes even take it when I crave foods like pizza and BBQ since those have a lot of hidden sugars. It's helped decrease my cravings for all these and I can already feel a difference with my body and energy levels.
