This is a life saver for me! I took one this afternoon at work after my lunch, tried to take a sip of slightly sweet tea. Tasted like there was no sugar at all in it. I am blown away, really. Just took one after dinner. To save me from eating all the Girl Scout cookies.
I swear the older I get the less will power I have, I am so glad I have these! No binge eating sweets for me anymore.

I love sweet Defeat so much! I feel at times that I’m addicted to sugar, and I wanted to try sweet Defeat to help me ween off of sugar. It’s definitely helping, although I wish it could somehow last longer! I have to take several throughout the day to try to stifle my sugar cravings, and I wish I didn’t have to use so many since they are so expensive! Overall though, it’s a great product! I wouldn’t have tried it if I hadn’t been bombarded by ads about it, and I’m thankful I was! I was like, fine, I’ll give it a go, and it has been a great decision! Thank you!

I saw this as an ad on Facebook and I was skeptical to say the least. But I went out on a limb and ordered some. To my surprise... it really does work. I have noticed a difference after only 3 days.The craving for sweets is almost non existent. I definitely will be ordering more. I feel like I have more energy and the sluggish feeling that I always get is gone. Kudos to sweet defeat for an amazing product.

So far so good. I was unable to pickup my mail for a bit so I've only used this about a week. It does keep me from snacking on sweets. I've lost about 2 lbs by using this. I'm happy with it so far and did recommend to a friend :-)

It works!

It definitely takes will power for me to take the tablet when I have a sugar craving, but once I do my taste buds completely change and I no longer want the sugar.

One of my great weight loss battles was sugar. As I no longer had to set an example for my son I started eating very poorly--not gaining weight by keeping my calories in a good range.

Now my A1C has caught up with me and apparently I need to eat something besides ice cream and cheese cake as meals. I would do fine for a bit, but then would start "just a little" of the sweet things which would snowball into more and more---

The first time I tried SWeet Defeat I had tried cheesecake after using the tablet and was very disappointed by the taste. This has made it easy to eat a moderate desert or sweet snack--but not to get carried away as I had prior. Some days I don't need any, some days 2-3.

I will continue for a few months to keep in the habit of not going for the sweets first. It will always be a problem for me, but I hope it can be moderated over time.

I got my order in the mail the other day, so used one lozenge yesterday and just took my second. Not thinking, I reached next to me to grab my bottle of water that has a drink mix mixed into it, took a drink, and it tasted horrible after taking the lozenge! So I guess Sweet Defeat is doing its job! 😖

I highly recommend sweet defeat. I am a sugar addict. This has helped me tremendously in stopping my sugar cravings. And I love the fresh minty taste of it. Its helped aid my weight loss as well

It's not keeping my reviews. I have posted it twice. I am very happy with Sweet Defeat and very thankful it was reccomend by a friend. I have already placed my order.

I was skeptical, but curious about Sweet Defeat. I have a wicked sweet tooth so I decided to try it. It works! The Sweet Defeat tablets do not taste bad, but they do make anything sweet taste terrible. I brushed my teeth after taking one and even the toothpaste tasted terrible. I now take them with me everywhere I go and pop one in when I feel a sweet tooth urge coming on. This is usually about 2pm or 3pm in the afternoon and late night. I would highly recommend at least trying them. You will not be disappointed!!

Great product, it made me really not like anything that contained sugar after using it for a few weeks.

I’m embarrassed to say so, but some days I would get physically sick from eating so much sugar filled junk. I felt so guilty. I felt even worse because I’m a breastfeeding mom and everything I put in my body gets passed, to an extent, to my baby. After doing some of my own research, I went ahead and bought Sweet Defeat. I bought it in early December and I have only had to take 7 lozenges because it has helped reduce my cravings so much. I occasionally eat something sweet after lunch or dinner, but it’s a small portion now, and I don’t even necessarily eat it because of a craving. At this point it just feels odd to not want to eat something sweet so I eat a little anyway. Strange, I know ha! Anyway, they taste like a regular breath mint and they are great to take right after a meal.
As far as passing it through my milk, I have not noticed any difference in my babies bowels or behaviors, nor have I noticed a difference in my milk when pumping. I truly appreciate how this product has helped me. Obviously this experience is just my own, and other breastfeeding women should do their own research and/or talk to their physician. It works! Even my dietitian uses it!

It does help me in the evening, before bedtime. I always feel like I need "something" sweet, followed by something salty, and the cycle begins. This has helped me.

This seems to work. It is a strong minty flavor but ends with somewhat of a bitter after taste. I certainly don’t feel like craving sugar or anything elase for that matter.

I have a sweet tooth and would eat 2 bags of skittles daily. One at work (or gummy bears), one at home. This was going on for years. I saw and ordered Sweet Defeat. The first thing Itried was a Skittle. It tasted like a chewed up aspirin. Today, my Sobee water tasted rancid. When I hit an urge to eat candy, I turned Sweet Defeat. They work.
