I tried this product for the first time yesterday. Then I purposely tried a piece of chocolate to test it out. It had no flavor at all, I ended up throwing it away. And didn’t experience any cravings at all after that. I am very happy with this purchase, I think it will help me “detox” from the all-addictive SUGAR!

I was seriously addicted to sweets, I just couldn't say "no" no matter how hard I tried. It also made losing weight very difficult! People need to remember that these tablets are meant to be melted on the tongue - not chewed up or swallowed like a pill.
Each one will cause you to not be able to taste anything sweet.
Each one will last about 1 - 1/2 hours.

I have been a chocolate addict for many years, I would have it after lunch, dinner and sometimes as a late night snack. I tried resisting the urge but I always caved at least once in the day. I bought this product because I knew I had a problem with my sugar intake. I was pleasantly surprised that it actually worked! After you take it makes all that sugar craving need to cease, I am able to control my urges much better than I ever could. I don’t like to admit it, yet there’s healing in confessing your sin, right? I’m a candy girl. I can eat bags and boxes of Cinnamon Bears, Swedish Fish, Drops and Mike & Ike (pretty much any candy that does not have gelatin in it).

Sweet Defeat has decreased my intake of candy. I say decreased because I still choose to have it (perhaps this desire is more psychological?) Nonetheless, my cravings for sugar have decreased. I’ve been using Sweet Defeat for a few weeks now and there is a difference! I take about 5 a day. I will increase the amount to see if this will decrease my craving for candy even more.

P.S. Sweet Defeat also works as a breath mint.

I was skeptical at the beginning, however I was shocked and amazed it did help curve my cravings. The taste is good at the beginning but kinda fades out to a funky taste but doesn't last long. I'm glad it makes real sugar taste nasty depending on the item tested was either to bitter or tasted like cardboard.HOWEVER ITS NOT A MIRACLE PILL there is mind over matter on working on the cravings part!! I should have ordered a larger amount bc it does work for me!!

I have been a life-long sugar addict and binge eater and have tried virtually every diet, 12-step program and weight loss gimmick over the years to curb my cravings as well as the feeling that I need to binge.
With the first Sweet Defeat lozenge I used I felt immediate relief from the nagging need to eat sugar, or to binge.
I now eat only 3 meals a day, and if my addictive brain starts telling me to eat sugar or to binge after a meal, I simply dissolve a SD tablet on my tongue.

You won’t believe it but seriously it WORKS

It works when I can remember to take them.

While I don't notice a major change in my mental cravings for sugar after taking this, I have noticed that it makes sugary foods taste remarkably bland after taking it. It instead allows me to lock in my choice to not have any sugar for a period of time (not sure yet how long the effect lasts) after taking one.

Keep in mind that it won't do all the work of resisting sugar for you. But it's an excellent tool to assist you in reaching your goal of a low sugar lifestyle.

I have always craved sweets. When I was working, I was usually one of the first ones running to the break room when we got an email that someone brought cake! Plus, we had a cafe and vending machines. I ate sweets every day. Now, I am retired and have an apartment in my daughter and son-in-law’s house. He is a new pastor.
