Was due to deliver on Wednesday before 16:00 which the FedEx APP advised on. No delivery on Wednesday. The APP on Thursday advised as delayed / pending?
I called FedEx with their international help desk providing little help. Frustrated as the depot holding my order was 10 minutes from work, they advised you cannot collect from the hub until after 1 delivery attempt?! 😡
Advised I would received an escalation call within 8 hours from my lunchtime Thursday call. I receive the call on Saturday, unable to help and advise I will ‘probably’ receive the order on Tuesday after the Easter B Holiday.
