I have never left a review before but felt I had to on this occasion. I ordered chemical bolts made by Fischer and the website said that I could expect next day delivery, maybe the day after. When nothing arrived I called Tradefix and was told that for Fischer products they send the order straight to Fischer for completion. This added a week to the process and stopped all work on the project. None of this was made clear when I ordered from Tradefix, if it had I could have planned for the delay or looked elsewhere. I have given two stars as the person I called at Tradefix did call Fischer to see what was happening and clearly shared my frustration with Fischer. My advice is when ordering from Tradefix call them and get a clear delivery date, else the website could mislead you.
