The only issues i ran into was when i ordered the salami kit it did not come with the Bactoferm T-SPX starter cure which it stated it came with,so now i will have to find it in a butcher supply store,since i don't want to pay for the additional shipping cost.

Performs as claimed. If you are aging in a refrigerator used for other things, like general food storage, they are helpful containing orders and keeping meat from contamination. However, completely unnecessary to support aging process otherwise. I age my meat in dedicated mini-fridge, uncovered, on a wire rack. it works just fine and saves bag expense.

I’ve got an 8lb ribeye aging in one of the dry bags.Seems to be staying sealed and aging like the directions say. It’s been 1 week I’m going to let it age for a total of 28 days.can’t give a 5 star rating until I try the meat.I’ll let you know how it is when I taste it.Can’t wait!!!EP

We dry aged an 18 lb prime rib roast for Christmas. The bad did exactly what it's advertised to do. It helps to have a quality vacuum sealer because there is quite a bit of sealing and re-sealing that goes on getting it all setup. My friend's sealer was OK, but it would have gone a little smoother with a new one.

Would definitely order again!

So far so good. Have a nice ribless rib roast aging as I type this. The bags were easy to use IF directions are followed. Some folks may have difficulty getting a “good” complete vacuum if they do not “work the air” towards the open end while pulling a vacuum. Have another 35 days to wait until something can be said about the meat but again, so far things are looking GREAT!!!!
