They do what they say, let you air dry and dry age meat in your home fridge. I'd give them a 5 except you need those vac-mouse strip to act like a channeled bag like most of the vacuum sealers that we all own. Still a great product!

Great product! Just starting a 50 day dr age on a 15lb prime rib and so far your products are working just as shown and advertised.
