I feel that the information presented in the training that I took would be retained better if an opportunity was given for proper note taking. This could be provided as easily as a "pause" button. There currently is not a way to stop the presentation part to do this. While the information is provided in an open book style test at the end of each unit, that does not seem to be the time to stop and take notes either.

Helpful training program for those needing a better understanding of FSSC 22000 principles. Documents provided for gap analysis were especially useful and quite thorough. Disappointed by typographical errors and repetitive quizzes.

Terrible experience. My company purchased a course for Internal Auditor Training. Instead, I was given a course in Templates and Implementation Tools- Food Processors. My Manager emailed the company about the error a week ago and there has been no response. My first experience was not a good one.

i recently took the online course SQF Complete Training Package. I was really please with the course. The repetitions of key concepts were very useful. It helped me focus. The fact that I can pause whenever I felt necessary or I that I could go over certain information was incredibly useful.

Thank you for your feedback. Based on your comments we have added the ability to review previous chapters without retaking the tests. A menu now allows you to access all the sections that you have completed so you can review any section you would like.
