My order was placed on October 1st and USPS still hasn't received package. This is completely unacceptable compared to the competitors ship times. I work in a warehouse managing inventory and would understand if you were out of stock and someone reached out to me to inform me of the situation but this is ludicrous. A sales rep texted me to offer a discount code that didn't even work. So far this is one of the most negative experiences I've had with a CBD company in my two years of ordering from a littany of websites.

I was very impressed with the brand, product, and quality. For $35 I was able to get gummies that contained 20 mg of CBD - most gummies contain 5-10 mg and are far more expensive. The gummies were $35, I qualified for free shipping and received my product very quickly. The taste is great, too! Will definitely buy again!

I bought the calm cbd cartridge to help with not smoking weed. I have bad anxiety during the day and cannot sleep at night. Despite the multiple good reviews I read, the product is just not for me. It did nothing to help with my anxiety and chest pain from panic.

I had an issue receiving unsealed gummies and a stem that did not work properly and even though they have a 30day return policy, it still took many emails back and forth to get these guys to do something when all I wanted was an exchange, even after telling them over and over that I have no problem returning the products. Very unprofessional and I probably wont buy from this company again fearing if I have another issue, I wont get an exchange or refund.

I purchased the pure and bliss powders, I would have liked to have some type of measuring tool either sent with the product or listed as an item that I could have purchased. The directions are to take 10-20mg but there's no way of measuring that quantity without some type of dispensing tool. I have been a pharmacy technician for 20 years and would never imagine giving one of my patients a medicine like this, to try and measure it by themselves.
