I ordered my product last Sunday afternoon... I told my father about it and he ordered one Monday night. He received his Friday. I have yet to receive mine and it wasn’t in the mail today so that means won’t receive till Monday at the earliest. Don’t understand how my father got his before me when he ordered his after. We live in the same state 15 minuets apart. Eagerly awaiting my delivery so I can try the product out.

My name is Ryan Connor and I recently purchased my first order from you. I did a lot of research for numerous days as to what brands were if the highest quality and best customer service. I came upon your brand and had been anxiously awaiting my order.
Upon receiving your product the other day, I quickly realized I was missing an item, but received an additional item. I ordered two cartridges, and one bottle of oil, but I only received one cartridge and one bottle of oil. I also received a cartridge that attaches to a stem piece, but I don’t have a stem nor did I order that.
My intention was to receive two regular cartridges and one oil bottle. I sent a Facebook message about this along with a photo two days ago.
I don’t feel it to be necessary to give you a bad review on this quite yet, as I’m waiting to hear back. On this particular form I’m giving you a 4 star because I’m hoping to hear from someone and giving everyone the benefit of the doubt.
