I have to rate 5 stars, because the customer service team got back to me on the weekend within an hour regarding the troubles I was having with my cartridge. Still having issues with the cartridge, but I will follow up on the email thread once I have tried all troubleshooting options :)

My fiance has post concusion syndrome and it is really helping. My only criticism is there should be a tool to measure out and remove the product from the container. I will definitely be ordering in the future.

I purchased this product based on a recommendation from a comment on another website. The comments from the user reflected the same physical condition I'm suffering from and their glowing comments on this item indicated that it gave them almost instant relief from pain and swelling. I used it hoping for the same results but only experienced the major reduction in swelling which was quite impressive but unfortunately did not experience the pain relief which was my main hope. I certainly would recommend this product to reduce swelling....very impressive to say the least.

I purchased the .5ml cartridge and when it arrived the oil seemed to be dry, I made a complaint to the Johnny Apple staff about it. Not only did they give me instructions on how to possibly fix the oil but they also sent me a replacement cartridge and even a vape battery for free. Outstanding customer service and really great CBD. I will definitely purchase again.

Your products are high quality and the customer service unbelievable. The post office made a mistake with two orders sent to my address. It was showing undeliverable since Friday. I contacted your company on the weekend not expecting a reply. Your staff replied to my inquiry and assured me things would be taken care of. The issue was the post office and it was delivered Saturday late afternoon finally. I tried the cbd vape trio and bought the salve for my daughter's eczema. Ordered the PURE and Bliss vape cartridges and they arrived on time but the oil was crystallized. Contacted customer support and got great advice with a quick response time on how to liquify it which worked well so only a minor inconvenience there.
Once I got the carts pulling they work great both in functionality and effect of the CBD for my anxiety. My only issue is the taste. Not a big fan of either the PURE or the Bliss although the PURE tastes better. The Bliss for me is almost un-vapable due to the taste.
All in all great product but is not a 5 star for me solely for the taste of the vape oil.
